Through Tadhamon Corporate Financing Service, which is Shariah-compliant and based on Murabaha, Musharakah, and Ijarah, you can own a house, shop or property under an independent deed.
Murabaha Financing:
Following a prior agreement between the Bank and client to add a profit margin, the Bank buys, owns and then sells the property to the client on installments.
Musharakah and Ijarah Financing:
- Under this type of financing, the Bank and the client jointly purchase one property, each holds a fixed part of the capital, which was previously agreed upon by the parties and signed by them.
- The client leases the Bank's share for a specified period of time, during which the client makes the lease payments in full.
- After expiry of the agreed period, the Bank transfers its share in the house to the client.
- Tadhamon Real Estate Finance Program operates on a lease method basis, with the advantage of putting in possession a house upon expiration of the specified time period.
