Tadhamon Bank announced that it has obtained the ISO 9001-2015 certificate for quality management system after successfully passing all stages of evaluation in order to provide the highest levels of service to meet the aspirations of its clients.
On this occasion, Mr. Shawki Ahmed Hayel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, praised the bank's obtaining this certificate, which confirms the commitment at Tadhamon Bank to implement the vision and values in the bank to achieve the best international practices for the quality management system.
