In order to achieve the strategic goal of contributing to enhancing social responsibility, Tadhamon Bank hosts and spreads banking awareness to four thousand male and female students from Yemeni universities from all majors.

As part of the responsibility that the bank attaches great importance to, during this year 2023, four thousand 4,000 students from Yemeni universities were received, hosted, educated and trained in the training hall of the public administration. This comes in order to achieve the goal of strengthening the social responsibility provided by Tadhamon Bank through the Human Resources Department and Administrative Services – Department of training and development.

They were trained and qualified to enter the labor market through a group of qualified trainers and experts in the administrative fields, banking and electronic services, and Tadhamon Microfinance Program.
